99.8% Premium ExperiencesAt Sarit Gorilla Safaris, we work behind the scenes to help travel advisors create exceptional journeys across Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya and Tanzania.
From the first client brief to the final airport transfer, our local team handles the destination details, logistics and on the ground experience while you remain at the heart of the client relationship.
Everything you need to sell East Africa.
Tell us about your client, preferred dates, interests, accommodation style and approximate budget.
Our team develops a thoughtful day-by-day itinerary around your client's priorities.
We provide the information and pricing you need to present the journey confidently to your client.
Once your client is ready, we coordinate the booking, supplier arrangements and required deposits.
Our local team handles the safari, transfers, accommodation coordination, activities and destination logistics.
We remain available throughout the journey and work with you to ensure a smooth experience from arrival to departure.
No middlemen, no sub contracted ground agents. Our own people meet your clients at every airport.
Simple, transparent, and designed to help you sell exceptional East African safaris with confidence.
Once you send us a client brief, we prepare the safari itinerary and share the net quotation directly with you. You can then add your markup before presenting the final price to your client.
No. There is no registration fee, membership fee, or upfront cost to become a Travel Advisor with Sarit Gorilla Safaris. There is also no minimum booking requirement.
Once your client approves the safari, we coordinate the booking and payment process directly with you and/or the client, depending on the arrangement agreed for that booking. We handle the operational side, including permits, accommodation, transport, guides, and other safari arrangements.
Under our net-rate + markup model, your earnings are built into the final price you quote to your client. We provide you with our net rate, and you add your markup on top.
The difference between our net rate and your selling price is your earnings.
We do not impose a fixed percentage markup. You have flexibility to determine your selling price based on your client relationship and market. However, we expect pricing to remain reasonable, competitive, and transparent, so the safari remains attractive to the client.
Our goal is to make this partnership simple: you focus on finding and serving the client; we focus on designing and delivering an exceptional safari in East Africa.

Our goal is simple:
You own the client relationship. We deliver the destination experience.
That philosophy allows you to confidently sell East Africa while knowing that a professional local team is looking after the journey on the ground.
