Itinerary
Expand allDay 1: Nairobi to Maasai Mara
After pick-up from your hotel or residence in Nairobi in the morning, you will journey into the heart of the world-famous Maasai Mara National Reserve. Arrive in time for lunch, then set out on an afternoon game drive across the reserve's sweeping savannah, home to the legendary Big Five and, depending on season, the spectacle of the great migration. Dinner and overnight are at a lodge or camp in the Mara.
Day 2: Full-Day Maasai Mara Wildlife Safari
Wake up ready for a full day of wildlife exploration in the Maasai Mara.
Enjoy extensive game drives across the rolling savannah in search of Africa’s iconic predators and plains game. Depending on the season and wildlife movements, you may encounter large herds of wildebeest and zebras, big cats, elephants, giraffes and numerous other animals.
The Maasai Mara is also internationally renowned for the Great Wildebeest Migration, when enormous herds move through the Mara ecosystem.
Return to your accommodation after a rewarding day in the wilderness.

Day 3: Maasai Mara – Lake Nakuru National Park
After breakfast, depart the Maasai Mara and travel toward Lake Nakuru.
The journey provides an opportunity to experience Kenya beyond the savannah as the landscape changes toward the Great Rift Valley.
After arrival and lunch, enjoy a game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park.
The park is known for its diverse wildlife, scenic landscapes and excellent birdwatching opportunities. Wildlife sightings can include rhinos, buffaloes, giraffes, lions and other species.

Day 4: Lake Nakuru to Lake Naivasha
After breakfast, drive to Lake Naivasha, arriving in time for lunch. Spend the afternoon on a scenic boat ride across the lake, spotting hippos and prolific birdlife, followed by a guided walk on Crescent Island among giraffe, zebra, and waterbuck roaming free in a landscape without predators. Dinner and overnight are at your lodge or camp on the lake shore.
Day 5: Lake Naivasha to Amboseli
After breakfast, travel south to Amboseli National Park via Nairobi, arriving in time for a late lunch. Set out on an afternoon game drive across the park's open plains and swamps, home to some of Africa's most iconic elephant herds, with Mount Kilimanjaro often standing clear on the horizon. Dinner and overnight are at a lodge in Amboseli.

Day 6: Amboseli to Nairobi
Enjoy a final morning in the Amboseli region before beginning your journey back to Nairobi.
Depending on your departure schedule, you may have time for a final short game drive before leaving the park.
Your safari ends in Nairobi with drop-off at your hotel, airport or another agreed location.
