Expand allDay 1: Nairobi – Masai Mara Evening Game Drive
Your private safari begins with pickup from Nairobi in the morning. Drive through the scenic Great Rift Valley countryside towards the legendary Maasai Mara National Reserve.
Arrive in the Mara around lunchtime, check in at your budget lodge/tented camp inside the reserve, and enjoy lunch.
After a short rest, head out for your first private afternoon game drive, exploring the Mara plains in search of lions, elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, cheetahs and other wildlife.
Return to your lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Full-Day Masai Mara Game Drive
After an early breakfast, set out with your private safari guide for a full-day game drive in Maasai Mara.
This is one of the key wildlife days of the safari, allowing you plenty of time to explore different areas of the reserve without rushing back to camp.
Enjoy a picnic lunch in the wilderness while continuing your search for the Mara's famous wildlife, including the Big Five and abundant plains game.
Your guide will tailor the day's route according to wildlife activity and your interests.
Return to camp in the late afternoon or early evening.

Day 3: Full-Day Masai Mara Game Drive
Enjoy another full-day private safari in Maasai Mara, giving you a second complete day to explore the reserve.
An early start allows you to take advantage of the cooler morning hours when predators are often most active.
Depending on wildlife movements, your guide can explore different sections of the Mara, searching for lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, buffaloes, hippos, giraffes and large herds of zebra and antelope.
A picnic lunch can be enjoyed in the reserve before continuing the afternoon wildlife search.
Return to your lodge in the evening.

Day 4: Masai Mara – Maasai Village – Lake Naivasha
Wake up early for a final morning game drive in the Maasai Mara.
This is a great opportunity for one last look at the Mara wildlife before returning to the lodge for breakfast and check-out.
After breakfast, visit a Maasai village for an authentic cultural experience. Meet members of the Maasai community, learn about their traditions, lifestyle and relationship with the surrounding wildlife, and experience traditional songs and dances.
After the village visit, continue your private journey towards Lake Naivasha, arriving later in the day.
Check into your accommodation and relax after the journey.

Day 5: Crescent Island – Optional Lake Naivasha Boat Ride – Nairobi
After breakfast, visit Crescent Island, one of the scenic wildlife areas on Lake Naivasha.
Enjoy a guided walking safari where you can experience wildlife on foot, with opportunities to see giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, gazelles and a variety of bird species.
Optional: Add a Lake Naivasha boat ride for a different perspective of the lake and its wildlife, including hippos and waterbirds.
After the activity, enjoy lunch before beginning your private transfer back to Nairobi.
