Expand allDay 1: Arrival in Entebbe – Welcome to Uganda
Arrive at Entebbe International Airport, where you will be warmly welcomed by your private Sarit Gorilla Safaris representative. Enjoy a seamless private transfer to your luxury hotel and settle into Uganda at your own pace.
The evening is reserved for relaxation and preparation for your journey into southwestern Uganda.

Day 2: Entebbe – Bwindi National Park
After breakfast, depart Entebbe for southwestern Uganda and the spectacular landscapes surrounding Bwindi Impenetrable Forest.
Enjoy a scenic journey through Uganda's countryside, with rolling hills, villages and dramatic highland scenery along the way. Upon arrival, check into your luxury forest lodge and enjoy an afternoon surrounded by the sounds of the rainforest.

Day 3: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi
Today brings the defining experience of your Ugandan adventure: mountain gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest.
After an early breakfast, proceed to the park headquarters for briefing before entering the ancient rainforest in search of a habituated gorilla family.
The trek can take several hours depending on the location of the gorillas. Once you find them, spend precious time observing their behavior, family interactions and powerful presence in their natural environment.
Return to your lodge after the trek for lunch and a well-deserved afternoon of relaxation.

Day 4: Bwindi – Return to Entebbe
After breakfast, begin your journey back toward Entebbe.
This is a relaxed transition day following your gorilla trekking experience, allowing you to enjoy Uganda's scenery while traveling back to the country's main international gateway.
Arrive in Entebbe and check into your luxury hotel. Enjoy the evening at leisure before your international connection to Kenya.

Day 5: Entebbe – Fly to Nairobi, Kenya
After breakfast, transfer to Entebbe International Airport for your flight to Nairobi.

Enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure, with time to relax, explore the city or simply prepare for your Maasai Mara adventure.

After breakfast, take a scheduled flight from Nairobi toward the legendary Maasai Mara.
